Full Refund Before Signing
After you pay, you have 48 hours to e-sign your papers. Until all papers are signed, you can cancel from the order page. You get a full refund of everything you paid: the amount, the platform fee and the GST.
Not Signed in Time
If you do not sign within 48 hours, we cancel the order automatically and refund you in full. We remind you when 24 hours and 6 hours are left.
If an Offering Is Cancelled
If a property is not bought, for example because its long-stop date passes or the offering is cancelled, every investor gets a full refund, including fees. Holdings are cancelled, and we tell you by email and in the app.
Resale Trades
If either the buyer or the seller does not sign within 48 hours, the trade is cancelled and the buyer is refunded in full. The units go back to the listing.
How Refunds Reach You
Refunds go only to the bank account the money came from. Once a refund has started, it usually reaches your bank in 5 to 7 working days. The exact time depends on your bank. You can follow each refund on the order page.
After Signing
Once all papers are signed, the purchase is complete and cannot be cancelled. You can list your units on the resale market any time, unless the property's key terms set a minimum holding time. A sale happens only when a buyer is available.
