Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Ansh collects, why, and what control you have over it. It follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What We Collect

How We Use It
We use your data to verify you, run your investments, send required notices, keep legal and tax records, prevent fraud, and improve the Platform. We do not sell your data. Marketing messages are sent only if you agree, and you can turn them off any time.
Who We Share It With
Only as needed: the property's LLP and its trustee, the escrow bank, KYC, e-sign and payment providers, auditors, and authorities when the law requires it. Other investors never see your name. On the resale market you appear as "Investor ••" and a short code.
How Long We Keep It
As long as you have an account, and after that for as long as the law requires for KYC, tax and partnership records (usually 8 years).
Your Rights
You can see, correct and download your data, withdraw consent for optional uses, and ask us to delete data we no longer need to keep. Write to the grievance officer: Ujjawal Sahay, [email protected], +91-9993848444.
Security
Passwords and one-time codes are stored as hashes. Bank account numbers are encrypted at rest. Files are stored outside public web folders and served only after a permission check.
Demo Data
While the Platform runs in demo mode, please use sample details, not your real documents. Demo data may be wiped at any time.
